Spanish Traditional

Born in South America, these home owners moved to the United States to go to college and study medicine, 40 years later after practicing medicine, they decided to build a beautiful home right in the middle of town.

Downsizing from a previous home in the hill country, their children have flown from the nest and their needs had changed. This home’s interior features a very traditional style with the hand troweled finished walls, and crown molding throughout, interior stonework also adds a taste of San Antonio. A work out room and “man cave” sit above the one car garage and a sewing room and “woman cave” sit above the 2 car garage (notice double the size of his room). Exterior finishes feature very unique brick work not commonly found in the San Antonio area but tailored to the Spanish style of the home our home owner desired.
