The design inspiration for this home was very much a Santa Barbara feel with a couple of Texas Hill Country twists. This beautiful couple moved from Atlanta to be closer to their family in San Marcos while downsizing from a 5,000 sf+ home to a more manageable 3,000 SF. This home was built during the height of covid price increases and had to be re-designed and re-priced several times prior to beginning construction. We were able to work through these obstacles though and deliver a one of kind custom home to welcome them to Texas.
